Thank you for shopping with us at Kit & Caboodle. We hope you love your purchase. In case you change your mind and want to return it, you will need to know our returns policy:
Returning an item that has been purchased online
Except where faulty all goods must be returned unused and in pristine condition in original packaging with tags
Jewellery can be refunded or exchanged within 28 working days of you receiving your goods
For reasons of hygiene earrings, pierced jewellery, cosmetics and hair accessories purchased online must be returned to us unworn unused and in the original packaging supplied
Sale items can be refunded or exchanged within 7 working days of you receiving your goods
All other items can be refunded or exchanged within 28 days of you receiving your goods
We will refund you what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge, unless your order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, or the entire order was faulty or incorrect
All items must be returned with a valid invoice
In addition to our website returns policy, under the distance selling regulations, EU customers have 7 working days to cancel their purchase
Please ensure that all packages are sent by a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel that has been lost in transit. The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty

Sale items are non-returnable except for clothing, which can be refunded or exchanged within 7 working days of purchase
All other items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt
If sent, we advise that all packages be sent by a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel that has been lost in transit. The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty
None of these terms affect your statutory rights, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.
